Eligibility Criteria for SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination: - Graduate in any discipline.

SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination Job Scopes: - SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination conducted for recruitment to twelve different departments and they are – (1) Income Tax, Central Excise, Preventive Officer, Customs House Inspector, (2) Cabinet Secretariat Service Assistant, (3) Assistant of various Central Ministry Departments, (4) Inspector of Posts, (5) Sub-Inspector in CBI & Central Police Organization, (6) Divisional Accountants in Controller Auditor General, (7) Assistant Enforcement Officers, (8) Auditors / Junior Accountants & Accountants in Controller Auditor General Office, (9) Register General of Indian Compliers Office, (10) Upper Division Clerk in Central Government Offices, (11) Central Board of Direct Tax & Central Board of Exide & Customs Tax Assistant, (12) Statistical Investigator Grade-II. – These are the posts can be achieved after qualifying the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination.

SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination Format Question Pattern: - SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination is organized in three stages.
  • 1st Round: - First Tier / Step of SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination - Total of 200 Objective type MCQ questions are set in this step and total 200 marks exam. Time given for this test is only 2 hours. MCQ questions generally come from General Awareness, Numerology Aptitude, English Comprehension & General Intelligence & Reasoning papers and 50 marks allotted for each paper.
  • 2nd Round: - Successful candidates get the chance to appear in Second Tier / stage SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination – Total of two papers is there in this test based on your selection. 1st paper is on Arithmetical Ability test consisting of MCQ Questions of 200 marks (200 questions) and the 2nd paper is on English Language & Comprehension consisting of 200 MCQ questions that carries total 200 marks as well. Total 4 hours given for this test. Those who applied for Statistical Investigator Grade-2 post are required to give three papers in this round. The added paper is on Statistics.
  • 3rd Round: -  Personality Test or Interview or Computer Proficiency Test or Skill Test is the 3rd Tier / Stage of SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination.
